Shipping policy

This policy sets out where we ship, how long it takes, and what it costs. It applies to every order placed on michaelverde.com. At present we ship within the United States only.

The Essentials

  • Cost: a flat $6.99, or free on orders of $120 or more
  • Cut-off: order before 1:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday, and we process it the same day
  • Delivery: 4 to 8 business days after dispatch (4 to 9 business days from order to doorstep)
  • Coverage: US only, with tracking on every order

Where We Ship

  • All fifty US states.
  • We are unable to ship internationally, to US territories, or to APO and FPO military addresses.

Order Processing and Cut-Off

  • We process and dispatch Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and US public holidays.
  • Processing time is 0 to 1 business days.
  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST on a business day are processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST, over a weekend, or on a US public holiday are processed the next business day.

Delivery Times

  • Processing: 0 to 1 business days.
  • Delivery after dispatch: 4 to 8 business days.
  • Total, from order to doorstep: 4 to 9 business days.

Shipping Fees

  • Orders under $120: a flat $6.99 USD.
  • Orders of $120 or more: free shipping, applied automatically at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, we send a tracking number and link by email. You can follow your parcel from the moment it leaves us through to delivery.

Delivery Partners

We ship with established US carriers, including USPS, UPS and FedEx. The carrier is selected according to your delivery address and the service available in your area.

Delays

The great majority of orders arrive within the windows above. From time to time, delays can occur for reasons such as:

  • Disruption to a carrier's network.
  • Weather affecting transit routes.
  • High parcel volumes during busy periods.
  • Other events beyond our reasonable control.

If a significant delay affects your order, we will email you with an update at the earliest opportunity.

Address Errors and Failed Deliveries

  • Please check your address carefully at checkout, as we ship to the details you provide.
  • If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will be in touch to arrange re-dispatch.
  • A further shipping fee may apply, as resending an order is not covered by your original payment.

Missing or Misdelivered Parcels

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot locate it, a few quick checks usually help:

  1. Ask anyone else in your household who may have brought it inside.
  2. Check with neighbours, building staff, or your property manager.
  3. Contact the carrier using the details on their tracking page.

Returns and Refunds
